Subject: RE: OBIT: Jimmy Stoneman - RIP From: Rick Fielding Date: 26 Sep 02 - 11:45 AM One heck of a bass player I might add. I saw him at the Horseshoe Tavern in Toronto back in the sixties. Thanks Fiolar. Rick |

Subject: RE: OBIT: Jimmy Stoneman - RIP From: wilco Date: 26 Sep 02 - 12:01 PM His sister, Patsy Stoneman, is (I think) the only surviving member of that generation of Stonemans. She lives in McMinnville, Tennessee. My impression is that it is very hard on her to see all of her family die and to see the family musical legacy disappear. She could use a note or two. WSM Radio in Nashville, Tennessee can get them to her. |
