Anyone have the lyrics and know the origin/writer for "This (My) Last Day"? I ran across it on an old album called Red, White, and Bluegrass, on which the singing is mediocre, but Vassar's fiddle playing is awesome, as usual. Thanks.

According to Allmusic.com, the band is called Red, White, & Blue (Grass); the album is "Pickin' Up!", originally released as an LP in 1974 and re-released as a CD (with bonus tracks) by the Ginn Music Group in 1999. The song is THIS LAST DAY and it was written by Dave Sebolt. Here's what I was able to transcribe from a sound sample:

... my end has begun.
