to announce the 2nd Saturday (of the month) session has been revived after it's demise in August & is alive & well & living in:

Egerton Street,
Chester

I'm afraid that I was the mathematically incompetent "Guest" above who thought that the 19th was the second Saturday in October! - and went to the session as well, and sat in an empty pub wondering where all the singers were!
Anyway Mr Happy, it was nice to meet you and your "menage" last Friday night at the West Cheshire.
Is this session still on for this Saturday? Maybe I can combine a bit of Christmas shopping in Chester with a singaround.

Chester??? Are you trying to compete with the 2nd Saturday in the month session in Middlewich (Boar's Head c. 8.30)? Seriously, it's the Christmas "fling" this saturday in Middlewich. Promises to be a good night. All welcome etc.

IanN et al,

aplogies to all/any wh attednded UV on 19th oct. the session wasn't on as this date was actually the THIRD sat of month.

however, i wish 2 announce to all & sundry that the december 2nd sat will NOT BE ON- but will resume normal service from January 2003.

mr happy & menage wil be at bores head in middlewich on sat 14 dec- please feel free to come on down for a bonzer night!

btw-if yor around chester on xmas day- mr happys session IS ON ON XMAS NITE! at the UNION VAULTS!!

i extend a warm hand to any other folkies who'd like 2 get away from boring telly & fambly squabbles to join me & various mystery guests at our little but BIGGG!!! do XMAS NITE!!
