Most of my cats over the years have insisted on Whiskas, to the point of being perpared to starve themselves to death rather than eat anything chepaer.I presume this is because the manufacturers put some addictive drug in it, which is a bastard trick but that's capitalism for you.

Whiskers in tins, but only Supermeat, they dont like the Jelly or Gravy as much. My friends cats like the "cat food" from the local Chineese Takaway (duck in pankakes) or the bacon in bacon sandwiches from the Sandwich Shop. They are pedigree Oriental/Siameese cats and therefore have been brought up by their mothers to expect nothing less! They now have an account at the sandwich shop and a "pussy bag" of bacon pieces is supplied with every bacon sandwich that comes into the house. Its the only way to distract them so you can have some yourself! Very expensive tastes!!!
