I am thinking of purchasing a Fishman soundhole transducer for my old Epiphone Texan acoustic guitar. I have heard good reviews of this brand of guitar pickup right here on Mudcat. When I went to the Fishman site I was given all sorts of pickup choices. I don't have a clue as to how any of them will sound in my guitar or with my blues and classical sound. Help! I don't know which one to choose. Does anybody know how much Fishman products cost? I know...If I have to ask the price I can't afford one.

Only Fishman gear I have experience of is built in and works very well.My Spare guitar (Tanglewood) sounds ok acoustic, but sounds great
through a sound system. As good as my Martin D35 with a professionaly fitted transducer.Fisman electrics seem to be pretty good,But I have no idea of cost.

Great help Gareth. Since you obviously are a fishman you might like some information on a product called Ghostly Glow. Instead of using this glow-in-the-dark spray to enhance your Halloween costume, you can spray it on fishing lures and go do some night fishing.
