Subject: Chords for Jamie Foyers (MacColl)
From: Joe Offer

Hi, Dylan - here are the chords from the Ewan MacColl - Peggy Seeger Songbook (Oak Publications, 1963)
-Joe Offer (e-mail sent)-

    E            B7            E          B7
Far distant, far distant, lies Foyers the brave,
    E          B7          A          E
No tombstone memorial shall hallow his grave
    E             B7               A             E
His bones they are scattered on the rude soil of Spain,
      E          B         A          E
For young Jamie Foyers in battle was slain.

I didn't like the tune we have in the Digital Tradition, so I transcribed the one from the songbook.
