Oaklet gave me some drunken message on sunday about some mudcatters who are staying at the marlborough hotel on spring bank.For the benefit of those and others, we are not playing at the hotel --- but have done in the past .

Marlborough club is in newsted street that is about ten to fifteen minutes walk from said club that is if you go down princess avenue cut through belvoir street and into newstead at the end.Club is three quarters way down on the left.

If you say you are fans/supporters/groupies of the band they will not charge to get in,and will make you very welcome --- as we will.the only requirement to attend this gig, as at all punch the horse gigs is to drink large amounts of bear and enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!

ossonflags...that would be Micca and myself that are staying at the hotel on Marlborough Avenue on Saturday and WE are coming to pub and we wondering if the almighty John9 was going to join us???

Just a slight correction to Mick's message, Marlborough Club is on the Right, not the left from Princes Ave, though it's a big place and you will find it easy enough.
Cat-I am hoping to get there, but I work in the curry ship at the end of Newstead Street, and I might be busy, though I will try to pop in for at least a few minutes.

Cat and micca,take no notice of deany boy, it aint a pub but a typical Hull back street working persons club, full of honest toiling folk and intresting charectors-the landlord's a great guy as well,must be he pays us.

John, the directions i gave them were correct if you are coming from the marlborogh hotel.
