Sheffield - Excellent Old Time session in the back room of the Hallamshire hotel on Lydget Lane, Crookes from about 8.30. Usually a couple or three good fiddlers, guitar, mandolin, banjo or two, maybe a bass.
Cheers

Just in case anyone out there is at a loose end in Sussex on Fri night our "Open Mic" club shud be a good bet .. among others these folk have a floor spot:

NICK PYNN www.nickpynn.co.uk
GEOFF ROBB www.classicalguitarist.co.uk/geoffspage.htm

THE HOFNERS www.longman-records.com/hofners.htm

I'm a bit stunned that they all want come and play the same month at an Open Mic club .. especially as we already have a top Bluesgrass band booked in and a Cajun-Country band + others but who's to complain? :)
