Subject: RE: Winters Wages in DC ... From: Winters Wages Date: 08 Dec 02 - 01:30 AM Yes, it is true. Went back for Thanksgiving. The other good news (I thought Chanteyranger might have told you already) is that I had a PET scan and CT done three weeks ago and the results of the PET were NEGATIVE. The doc said I have a lot of scar tissue but NO ACTIVE LYMPHOMA. He is therefor going to use some of my stem cells that are on reserve in case of an emergency, to give me a boost. I seem to have some falling blood counts (not real serious) this due to my age, the amount of chemo I have had the two years I have been fighting this thing. When that is done, I should be alright. At the Royal Pub in D.C. I met a wonderful group of people called The Ships Company. I made a fool of myself and sang Paddy West (messed up a line) but what the heck...Sure felt good to sing. Kat, I am ashamed, I have missplaced your ADDRESS |
