Just wanted to thank Max for the expedient service in getting my Rose cd to me in time for Christmas. I ordered alittle late and didn't expect it til after. Also wanted to thank all of you incredibly talented folks for sharing your great music. I'm glad to know all of you (sort of).I chose Rose because of Spaw's glowing praise for Sandy Paton's version of When You And I Were Young.The praise was well deserved. The whole cd is great. Now to start saving my pennies for the rest. Thanks again to everyone and Happy Holidays.

I have a tape of Sandy singing "Maggie". First time I played it was in my car and I had to pull over. Real tears! It is so beautiful. Still get misty every time I play it on my way to work.

Add my thanks to the lot. Just think- in addition to the fun and inspiration on the Mudcat itself, I now have five CDs that I listen to (and listen to and listen to and listen to...) that take this cyber-relationship to a new level. Without Max and Joe and Dick and Jeff and the joeclones and AMOS and ALL the lovely people with lovely voices and arrangements on the CDs, this would not be possible.

We ought to have a HUGE festival (Where??) that brings all these people together.
