Surely someone out there can help me. I am starting a community childrens choir. These will be unexperienced singers, ages 6-12 I do have a piano accompanist. I would like to find a source for printed music to use..... I want a variety of styles, country origin, etc. I want to get into some easy division of vocal parts. Is there an online source for childrens vocal music? I haven't been able to find one?

Is it religious? If not, maybe Glee Club would be a better term... and have fun, sounds like a great time!

Another interesting site here

Children's music

If these are not suitable try putting "children's vocal music" into a search engine like Google(www.google.com)

Try your public library, both the children's collection and the adult.

Hi, Harper! Good luck with your children's choir! What a great opportunity for the kids in your community!
I strongly recommend Wold Music Press (click here) for great, often simple songs from all over.
I love working with kids, and will dig out my favorites at school when vacation is over (not for another week, though!!!)
