My ISP uses N2H2 for a content filter - and we are currently blocked from the forum - so I won't be around as much. e-mail me if you need something please, or pm - at the moment I can still get to PM's - and can occasionally get to threads if I have them traced.

What Bill asked. What is it about the main threads page your firewall won't allow? The script maybe?

Could you use "Messages since last visit?" You'll have to reset if you haven't used it before because it will be too big. Jeff designed a link for people to reset without loading the page. Here: http://www.mudcat.org/newmessages_reset.cfm

MMario, I'd talk to your censorship geeks. N2H2 doesn't have Mudcat listed, so it seems your local folks may have added it to their list of Evil Influences. I wouldn't think they'd have any way of telling it's an uncensored message board without actually reading it.

Seems to me a "censor"software package would have to have a user-identifiable list of allowed sites and exceptions or it would be useless!

Can you talk to the sys admin about it?

You're lucky. When I tried to use AT&T they even blocked me from my own email. So I didn't pay them. They are still after me for the money even though a year has passed.
