Can anyone tell me anything about the club please?
I'm playing it tomorrow,Monday 20th Jan,if you're in the area and you're free,come and be Stained.
At the 3 Tuns, 63 London Rd. 8.00 p.m.

Staines Folk club is a small very friendly club,with an inclination
towards blues and old timey music,with all sorts of other 'Folk' as
well.There is the usual infinitely variable level of singing and playing that goes with any club which actively encourages people to
'have a go'.The Three Tuns is possibly one of the cheapest places inside the M25 to get a pint of hand pulled bitter.If you are really unlucky I might even be there myself.

There's a small side road opposite the pub (South side of the road) where you can usually park with no trouble.

Hamish, are you kidding ,its singers at you-know-where-but -its -dire,but it'll be nice to see you,just behave,then I may ask you up for 'Bring it on Home'
Does this mean Lorna will be coming too?
Kitty, do I need a letter of absence from George the chairman? Hope to be there on the 27th.
Leadfingers,you didnt make the White Bear so you better have a good excuse if you come.

MCP and I were at Cllr's gig too.... it was going fine until Leadfingers and Co buggered up the encore by singing the wrong words.

The second guest spot used to start quite late.....

Leadfingers was well behaved and complimentary,the singing was brill,for a small club it was full of encouragement and very friendly.
I enjoyed it and the acoustics are worth a visit.
