Found a really useful guitar site, full of playing and maintenance tips and lots of other interesting stuff. You can also print off blank music, tab and chord paper from this site.

I think you must have been gigging the same bars as me, Mooman!

I always found my old Eko ranger a really useful weapon in a brawl.
All that extra bracing.......

Got lots of old blood drops inside my machine too. So do most of the acoustic guitar players I know. Seems a pretty common trait amongst gigging musicians. Ripped off a hang-nail or four, masking tape and kleenex on the fingers and away we go again. I never figured it was worth the bother to try and get the blood spatters out of the inside. They've faded to a deep brown now.

Great site! I've a tip for gigging guitarists from a friend who's a dog groomer. Whenever they nick an ear or trim a little too close and cut the skin there's a glue used which is completely bio-degradable and dries very quickly. It's used on dog nails so it would stand to reason it would work on road dogs, too. I've never had to try it, but thought I'd pass the tip along just the same.
