How can I get a list of Public Domain Bluegrass Music? In particular is Shady Grove Public Domain?

I'm not aware of a comprehensive list of PD songs for bluegrass.

Shady Grove is PD. It is played in both major and minor keys. Most bluegrass versions are in major key. The major key version is faster and has an extra measure tacked on the end (nine meas. total).

Thank you, I did not know it was played in a major key. Here in North Carolina I have only heard it in a minor key, and we really play it fast. I will try changing the key.

We do a version of Shady Grove alternating between both major and minor keys. We don't have the extra measure in the major key. At the end we sing in both keys at the same time. You can listen here:
