Subject: Origins: 'Going Back to Old Ohio' From: GUEST,Sparky Date: 21 Jan 03 - 04:11 PM I recorded a song off public radio in Seattle in 1985 or 1986 that is a male folksinger with 6-string accompaniement that starts off: I'm goin back to old Ohio, to find the [something] I left behind I know that back in old Ohio, I'll find the peace of mind . . . (or something like that) I still have it on cassette but lost track of it for a while and am wondering who it is and where it comes from. I've done a Mudcat and internet search by title "Going Back to Old Ohio" but to no avail. |
