This Google Search (click) will pull up a few MIDI files. There's one here (click), but I don't really like it. Click here for another.
But no, I didn't find a really satisfying MIDI. If somebody sends me a good one, I'll post it.

Oh, you gotta hear this. I found a link to "Fixin-to-die-rag," but the link said it was by Pete Seeger. I almost didn't bother with the link because I knew the song was by Country Joe McDonald - but the link was on the Country Joe Website, and it's a previously unreleased recording of the song with Pete singing and whistling. It's great!!!
