Hi. Just wondering if anyones going to the festival this year? Its based in Trecco Bay Holiday Park, Porthcawl, Bridgend, Wales. Ive never been before but i am going this year as the group im playing with (strathspey fiddlers) are guests. Guests are pretty good - Hoogie (Scotland) Avel Dro (Brittany) Mabon (Wales) King Chiaulle (Isle of Man) to name but a few.

Dont know how to do a blue clicky but heres the address:

http://www.cwlwmceltaidd.com/

Cheers.
Shonagh

I'd like to make it down at some point, but it's a difficult weekend. I'm involved in various local events for St. David's Day.

Is the Fair still there in Porthcawl?
Many a happy hour I spent there, back in the 60's.
And the minature train ride between the carpark and the prom. (I guess that's gone).
