Just been to a protest meeting in Portree. With the small population here we fealt it would have been good if at least 50 people turned up. In fact there was nearly 200 folk there.
While queuing up to sign the petition, I got talking to this American sounding lady who has been over in Scotland for 30 years. After talking for a while I realized that it was Sara Grey, one of my favourite artists. We are going to keep in touch.

I want to know if she gives banjo lessons? Or anyone in the north of Scotland who gives banjo lessons.
Giok

Reminds me of a Black Panther convention I attended at Temple University in S. Philly in '69. Every one, I mean every one, had to enter thru one door and get shook down for weapons and the guy in front of me was Abbie Hoffman, so (I got to talk with him for the half an hour it took to get in....

Go figure...

But what a cool story to read there this morning, Strupagl, and I hope you two will stay in touch...

Peace

Bobert
