Please help, I am in urgent need of any irish sheet muic for guitar, in particular songs from the dubliners. Does anyone know the song Big Strong Man, if so i need that to.

Macca,

Try to find the Soodlum's Collection of Irish Ballads either in single volume or as 4 small publications. This has Big Strong Man and many of the other well known songs.

Otherwise let us know specifically which songs you want with chords as I am in a band and have many of the words with chords, but they number in their hundreds!!!!

Search for Dubliners in the database and you'll get four songs with tunes. Search for Irish and you'll be swamped with tunes. You can use a program called ABCMUS to change the tunes to ABC and the program will even have a good stab at setting chords.
If that don't help, list some songs you want and I'm sure we can help.

Hit the link at the top of the forum page that says subscribe/join Mudcat, you won't be disappointed. That's lots of good stuff you can do, apart from sending personal messages to other members.
