Well, they wouldn't have too difficult a fight in getting me off the plane as long as they do it in Los Angeles. I am allergic to falling any distance at all. It isn't the fall I hate so much as the sudden stop at the end that bothers me.

Sounds like the Angel Band is banking on the St. Patrick's Day gigs. It's so nice when the money rolls in!

Friday evenings at the Press Room are typically more of a mix of singing and instrumentals, with the singing necessarily at the top (or beyond) of one's range to be heard. Still, it can be a blast!

We have been invited to a "Musician's Call" Party with Pards of the 3rd Maine Fife and Drum Corps on Sunday afternoon, the 9th, but I'll check with Management about packing that much festivity into one weekend.

Brett won't be back from CA in time.

A couple of old friends based in Kittery are planning to come, primarily to listen but they might be provoked into joining a chorus or two.

Is Jeri planning to come or is she iced in for the duration of winter (and spring...)?

Haven't quite finished committing to memory "Shanghaied Dredger" which Jonathan collected and recorded with The Boarding Party -- so I guess I'll have to "Bruce it" again. Gotta nail Tom's feet to the floor REAL SOON NOW so we can together work out his concertina accompaniment on it one of these days. (Oh, yeah, and silly things like what key I do it in.)
