Does anyone have the dots for this lovely tune? I heard a young fiddler play this at a session in Clonakilty and I'd love to try it on the whistle.

Thanks

John

Masato,
John is blushing like mad as he has the Traditional Slow Airs book and didn't even think to look in it! He says thank you very much.

I don't have any of those books but I'd love to have the dots for "Cape Clear"... could someone please e-mail me a scan?

PM me, I'd be thankful.

Cheers,
Michael

One of my best and oldest friends lives on Cape Clear; I'm a regular visitor and am ashamed to say I've never heard it. I'd love to share the dots (or ABC) too.

I have them as a jpeg which a lovely Mudcatter supplied after my request of two years ago. I'll be happy to share. Such a gorgeous tune!

Cheers,
Michael

There is a Cape Clear in the State of Victoria here in Australia, perhaps 150 km from the sea - clearly named by a home-sick immigrant. If Michael could please send the existing jpeg to lycosdotcom with my Mudcat name contracted to no spaces and all lower case I'd be delighted to whip up some notation. If in doubt the please PM me.

Regards, John
