Subject: RE: Lyr Req: Fairwell My Love & Remember Me From: Mary Humphreys Date: 06 Mar 03 - 12:27 PM Alison McMorland and Peta Webb did a wonderful version of Mary Toner of Armagh's song (it has different words - less literary and much easier to remember! ) on their joint album for Topic 12TS403 in 1980. It is a classic. Peta Webb did it again on her album with Pete Cooper 'The Heart is True' HR001 in 1986.Again - a wonderful performance of a great song. They call the song 'Our Ship is Ready' or 'The Heart is True', depending on which album you are listening to. |

Cheers Larry |
