Hi,

my best friend moved with her husband and child to Antwerpen. From time to time I go visiting her.
We both tried to find a session there to join but up to now without any results.
Does anyone know where the Irish Folk sessions take place? If there are sessions at all..

E.g. Mooman? If you know one then it would be great to meet you again there :o)

Nice place Antwerp.
I don't think they have a session but I stayed for a couple of nights in a Bar in Hove near Antwerp called Der Pump, a converted petrol station run by a guy called John.
The bar probably still has live music on Fridays and Saturday and may be worth a try for a session if you have a mind.
I loved the place not least because it was aimed a younger people, but there was no ignorant loutish behaviour on the part of the kids just friendly socialising. If I remember correctly it was next to a primary school!
