Does anyone know what the wonderful Welsh ragtime guitarist John James is doing these days?

In the 70s, we were all trying to play his arrangements of Black and White Rag, Orange Blossom Special, Pickles and Peppers, etc.

Haven't heard anything of him in a long while.

I found some stuff on Homespun Tapes - transciptions of his arrangements of a bunch of ragtime tunes. Should be fun. No details about him though.

I tried the duo name that John was involved in with Eddie Walker in Google and got Eddie Walkers Bio
