Youth Folk in Concert, Sat 22nd March, 7.00p.m. with Alistair Anderson and Students from Newcastle Folk Music Degree Course, Barnsley Youth Folk Orchestra, The Ward Green Folk Project, The Magical Four and The Merry Sisters.

Tickets to each event £3.50 available on the door. No concessions. Refreshments available.

I listed the event on the South Riding Folk Network website as soon as I heard about it; unfortunately, that wasn't until yesterday. Advance publicity is generally more useful, so please, if you're planning a folk music-related event in the area, let me know a few weeks beforehand and I'll include it in the online listings.

We're coming up to copydate for the Newsletter, too, so if there's any one-off events coming up during May and June that you'd like mentioned, get the details to me asap. Email [e-mail].
