These guys have a website HERE .They claim Paul Oliver has pledged his archive, recordings and all to their resource centre: The Archive of African American Music.
Looks interesting.

Thanks Roger, interesting stuff. In the meantime, as suggested on the EBF site, the american music archive at the University of Exeter has much of interest, including some of Paul Oliver's original field recordings.
