Lyr Req: Floyd the Barber (Kurt Cobain/Nirvana)

The second song on Nirvana's first LP, "Bleach", is called Floyd The Barber. I know pretty much all the lyrics except the first line. These are the interpretations so far:
"Bell on door ring, come on in"
"Hello Cobain, come on in"
"Hello toilet trained, come on in"
If anyone knows for sure or has a different interpretation, please post back on this thread.
