You're welcome.

OK...here is the testimonial.

"There are only three white blues singers -- Geoff Muldaur is at least two of them." -- Richard Thompson

I got to see him live last year - it's a show not to be missed.

The last time I saw him (10 years ago) was a Sunday afternoon concert in a grocery store....well a health food store, at least.

The guy is totally great. I've been listening to one of his "recent" albums lately called "Password", and every cut is soooo tasteful. Wish he'd come out to California sometime soon....

The nice thing about the show I saw was that he had Stephen Bruton - his producer - with him on second guitar and mandolin. Very tasteful stuff. Geoff even played a banjo number. I can't remember what it was - I'll have to listen to it again and report back.

The reason I started this thread was that yesterday I happened upon a used copy of his cd "Beautiful Isle of Somewhere" recorded live in Bremen in 1999...Just his guitar and that incredible voice. I highly recommend his cd from a few years ago - Secret Handshake - as well as seconding the emotion of Steve's regard of Password.

I've loved Geoff's music for almost 30 years, and have never seen him in concert. I would really enjoy seeing him someday.
Livin' in the sunlight, lovin' in the moonlight, having a wonderful time.
Peace, Rustic

I saw him last summer and the special treat was that Fritz Richmond acoompanied him on washtub bass and jug. I'd seen Geoff the previous winter, solo (except for a few numbers where Tom Ball sat in on harmonica), but seeing Geoff and Fritz together again made for a superb evening. To say nothing of the beautiful surroundings - a winery in the midst of rolling hills, a warm, shirtsleeve summer night, and Prairie Lullaby sung to a rising orange full moon!
