Now I just ran this on "DOGPILE", a multi= search engine which I use a lot, and found out that this song was a cut on one of the special little 16 1/3 RPM records made for an automotive hi-fi sound system installed as an option in some 1956-7 Chrysler Imperials.

Of course those are 1957 prices, and where you would get one of these records now, or how you would play it without one of the special automotive units, is beyond me. I would imagine that if any still exist, they would be quite valuable as collector's items.

Aww, shucks; being a Republican from Maine, I was hoping to get the music and lyrics to that so that we might update it a bit in honor of one of our Senators down in Washington - only it would be "Olympia the RINO" ("RINO" being a neoconservative acronym for "Republican In Name Only", you see).

OK; enough of the Politics already - I hope that we do manage to find that one, as it seems like it could be pretty cute either way.

My grandmother wanted me to look up the lyrics to "rhumpy the Rhino"
and all she remembers is "I'm rhumpy thr rhino and you know and I know" if you know where I can find songs for a septogenarian please mail me
