I thoroughly enjoyed the Lancaster Maritime Festival, as I always do! This year, after singing with "The Baggies" on the first two days, I decided to stay on for the rest of the weekend.

It was nice to meet some Mudcatters too.

The highlights of the festival for me were Dave & Anni Fentiman, Louis Killen and Cyril Tawney (still as sprightly as ever). But I think that all the performers rose to the occasion.

It is goes without saying - but I'm going to anyway!
Dave, Val and team did a superb job as usual in making the event such an enormous success and thoroughly enjoyable.

Here's to 2004.

I agree Dave .... although only there for my customary 2 days I felt that the atmosphere was the best ever. (The line up of guests is always superb)

The place was cawling with mudcatters and it was really nice to put faces to some that I had only conversed with via Mudchat. Great meeting you Vectis and Crane Driver.

I shall definitely be at Lancaster again next year.
