BTW , we are searching for a name for this group. Any ideas?

Damn, Julia! Tom and I will be in northwestern Connecticut or we'd be there!

See you soon, anyway

That's the date of the next shanty sing, right?
It's also a concert by Dave Mallett in Kennebunk.
And it's my 69th birthday.

You're right, Kendall -- another one of those multi-booked days and my mind has been on Connecticut rather than the singaround. The Portsmouth, NH Shanty Sing is still on, of course -- Bruce MacIntyre will be leading it in our absence.

And happy B.D., Kendall!

Name? I liked the two you mentioned at dinner the other night, "StringTangle" and "Dreadful Gate" (Grateful Dead anagram). How about "Harps A-Burnin'" or "106 Strings and Only 40 Fingers!" (Or whatever the right number of strings should be.)

Other Ideas:
All Strung Up and Nowhere to go
Strung out
In Tune?
Wood & Strings
Lonely Whistles
WYCPICPF (Whatever You Can Play, I Can Play Faster)
Tune Builders
Harpies and Ogres
