Ooooh! I'm going to be frustrated until somebody is able to post this song. I looked through a huge stack of fake books, and couldn't find it. You'd think one of them would have the song, since the phrase has become such a part of our language.
All I was able to find out is the information about the 78 RPM record:

I'm a Kindergarten teacher who would like to find the words to "Lonely Little Petunia." I think the first line is, 'I'm a lonely little petunia in an onion patch.' Can anyone please help me? Thank you!
