Frank, thanks for opening the room tonight. Sorry I missed you, but you left things in good hands with Jon. For all the discussion on Mudcat about Pal, we had a great time with Jon packing it in about 5am his time. Several catters, a few faces you would recognize from pal, and wonderful music all around.

Jon, if your read this, Thank you so much. You sounded great, and you took us back in time to a night like those so many here remember.

Yes I'm reading and still trying to unwind before bed... I really did get a buzz out of tonight. Like you say, some 'catters, some other old 'pal friends and let's call it an eclectic mix of live accoustic "folk". It was like a sort of enjoyable "time warp" for me.

I'll wake up tommorrow and find it was a dream...

Just wanted to add some encouragement for those who, like me, tried PalTalk a long time ago and became frustrated to the point of abandoning it.

With info from Jon I did sign up again. Had a bit of a hassle getting in initially, but it went smoothly from there. I was never cut off. That was my biggest problem before.

Yes, it was very reminiscent of the old HearMe days. Just sorry I missed dwditty, but I look forward to coming back.
