Subject: CD Escape - Alan Francis (Lanfranc) From: Lanfranc Date: 11 Jun 03 - 06:53 PM I have finally got around to making the CD I have been contemplating for years. It's definitely a "cottage industry" job at the moment, but I am in the process of producing an initial run of 50 numbered and signed "handmade" copies. I hope to have commercial production sorted at some stage, but a couple of biggish systems projects look like getting in the way for a month or three. Full details, track listings and notes can be found on my website FolkMusic I have put the lyrics and notes up as a .PDF file because, being compiled in my usual verbose fashion, they would never have fitted into a jewelbox! If anyone would like a copy, PM or email me at the address on the site. Alan |

Now available through Peacework Music Net worldwide, with 15sec samples on their site, which has a link from my site Not as much fun as Chance and Susette's offering, but you might enjoy it! Alan |

Subject: RE: CD Escape - Alan Francis (Lanfranc) From: Fortunato Date: 12 Jul 03 - 02:18 PM Sales, you have sales? TWO mudcatters? You're looking good, Alan, my boy. I want to talk to your publicist, mine drinks, you know. (Of course I don't LIKE to drink, but it's the only way I can get it down). Good Luck! Chance |

Subject: RE: CD Escape - Alan Francis (Lanfranc) From: IvanB Date: 12 Jul 03 - 03:33 PM As apparently 50% of the great crowd of MC'ers having bought Alan's CD, I can say it's great stuff! Having heard him on PalTalk, I had no doubt that it would be, but it's great to be able to get a fix of his vocals and guitar work whenever I want. |
