I agree the picture could be Peter Bellamy, but the biographical notes don't fit him...

That photo you posted of Peter is hard to look at. Thanks though. It is quite good to see him there in action again.

And I still think the first pic is Bellamy too no matter what the bio says.

I also tried unsucessfully to see where the picture fitted into the car-related site that it was hosted on. Would you like to give us more background on the original query.

Personally I think that it's Breezy with his beard shaved off and hair dyed - he's a great one for self-publicity.

It is just a question of a multiple choice quiz.
You won't find anything on theat site I put the picture on, the site has nothing to do with the question.
All I know about the person is that it is a singer/songwriter from tyhe South West USA, and his music is oftern religious inspired...

This is really a tough one... Especially because the picture is so clear...
