The Pom's from Oz are here on tour. They intend to visit some clubs and festivals arround the UK.
The Pom's are hoping to meet their friends and attend any gigs, sing arrounds and festivals where they might entertain the old country with their beautiful close harmony songs old and new.
Let them know when and where through me or contact on 01244 342071.

Ooooohhh - wonderful. We met these delightful people about 3 years ago at Chester Festival. I do hope we can meet up with them somewhere. Tell them there is a brilliant festival in Saddleworth next weekend.

I have their CD & met them at the Oz National Folk Festival. As said above, they do great harmonies, and they're also are an asset in late night sessions.

Lucky you! Although I live in the same country as them , they're at there's a few thousand kilometres between us so I don't get to hear them much.

make sure you request the "whale hunting" song, which I reckon is one of the best they do.

Callie

By the way - can't resist ponting out the interference of Apostrophe Man in the thread title! I do believe the name of the trio is simply "Poms" From Oz!!

The Pedant

That's "Norfolk Whalers" Callie - a song by Harry Robertson.

Had the pleasure of hearing them two nights in a row when they passed through Brisbane on their way to the UK. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!

I know people who would kill for a voice like Kathy's.

alroy47@ozemail.com

ya sure?

"ozemail.com.au" is the ISP I know & I doubt another company would be able to use Ozemail's name as it would be too confusing
