Subject: Musical Instuments at Auction From: curmudgeon Date: 06 Jul 03 - 08:17 AM On Sunday, 13 July, Hap Moore of York Maine will be auctioning off a cache of early music instruments to include a psaltery, harp, vielle, 3 violas da gamba, rebec, 4 cornamuses, 7 crumhorns, and lots of flutes and recorders. They should be up on his website sometime Monday. There may be some good deals to be had for any of you who are into early music. Hap accepts both left bids and phone bids. These instuments are not terribly old and all appear to be in good condition. If anyone can't wait for the website to be updated, I have a complete list of the instruments -- Tom |
