I saw a good review of Precious Bryant's recent CD (Fool me good)and read her bios on Google and listened to soundclip on Amazon. Any Georgia or other Mudcatters hear her? Sounds a previously undiscovered treasure:61 year old fingerpicker and country blues singer.

We saw something about her somewhere, I forget where, and bought a CD, might have been that one. Absolutely love it! She certainly sounds like she loves what she's doing. I definitely recommend it.

Must be spelling it wrong, can't find her on Kazaa.

When I buy the CD I will rip and post it, thanks for the tip Roger.

I heard a few cuts on the radio and was very favorably impressed. I believe this was a few months ago, around the time of the New Orleans Jazz Festival (last weekend of April/first weekend of May), when many new artists come to town, whether booked at the festival or not. The airplay may have been part of promotion for a local appearance -- if so, I missed the live show but certainly enjoyed hearing the recordings.

I thought she was notably young, not old, although I'm just going on what I thought I heard the DJ say, so I could be completely wrong. Is she 61? Or did you mean to type 16?

I've had her CD for several months now. Fine fingerpicking and singing for a youngster.:.)))
