We are so sad to lose this good friend. Denise danced with us in Foxs Morris as well as singing with the Bedcote Ceilidh Band and with the Celtoi. She had been in hospital for some time proir to Bridgnorth but she felt she was on top of her illness and was able to MC at the festival. She died of a heart attack at home on Sunday 31st August.
Denise was always keen to sing and have a session after morris, "Aunt Clara" and Les Barkers "News of the Iceberg" songs were among her favourites. I shall always remember her crystal clear tones when she sang with Bedcote at our wedding.
I will post arrangements when I know more.

Funeral will be 3.20pm Mondat 8th September at Shrewsbury Crematorium.

We were very sorry to hear of the passing of Denise. She always had a cheery word and enjoyed a song or tune. She will be sadly missed now that she has gone to join the spendid singers who have gone before her.
