Tune Req: Trottin' to the Fair (Graves/Stanford)

I am looking for a MIDI, ABC notation or sheet music to the melody "Trottin' To The Fair" by Sir Charles Villiers Stanford and Alfred Perceval Graves. There are several CDs and audio clips available but I cannot find a printed score or MIDI or ABC notes. My file shows the lyrics and MIDI in the Prof's Traditional Music Pages [discontinued some time ago] and a treble score, but the 4, 7 and 10 bars are cliped on my print out.   Any suggestions or leads?
