The Herga has a "club song" about the PEL laws, I think? Please PM me.

Chorus something like (Oh no don't let the music die)

Well, officially it was Les Sullivan with me. But it was good fun - thanks for coming Breezy.

"Don't let the music die" was written by Hovering Bob - Bob Hambleton - and predated the Licensing Bill/ Act though apposite for recent circumstances.

A class act, great combination of songs, interpretation and sound, and all acoustic.
Loved it,more please.
Every one a gem, and for me especially 'Natasha'
A date will be found for them to appear in St Albans in February/ March 2004
They'll be at Bishop's Stortford folk club the 23rd October, the week before me.
See 'Stortfolk'
St Albans re-opens Friday 3rd Oct with Steve Tilston

Leadfingers - sorry not to see you last night, but there was a plethora of floor singers, to the extent that Malcolm Austen (who MCd) and Ian Woods only got one song, Christine and Breezy got one song between them, and Tim J didn't sing at all. Nor did My Guru Always Said. The pub refurbishment is a bit of a shock.

Hovering Bob isn't getting out much at the moment, but I've e-mailed him to let him know that Richard is interested in "Don't let the music die".

I'm trying to locate Hovering Bob - Bob Hambleton. This message will probably drop right in the middle of an unassociated thread...and I apologize. My email address is shari@nwtimberfallers.com

Thanks
