Tech: Help, please: cookie/membership

I am coming across as "guest' because I have NO idea what my user name is. I did get a message that my email is in the system, so I can't re-register. I am VERY low tech and am wed to an absolute Luddite. So...how do I retrieve my user name, please? You all seem very competent.

Send an email to [e-mail] or [e-mail] and one of them will help you sort it out. In future it is best to post this kind of query on the Help forum which you can reach by clicking on the Help link at the top.

Go to the

Log in page

and scroll down to the part where it asks you if you have forgotten your details, enter your email address and it will give you the info you need or reset your cookie.

You can always go back to the log in screen and reset your cookie if something happens to it.
