Subject: Session, I-o-Grain, Sunday 9/11/03 From: Dave Bryant Date: 04 Nov 03 - 09:49 AM There will be a Song/Music session this Sunday 9/11/03 3pm onwards, at The Fenn Bell, Fenn St, St Mary Hoo, Isle of Grain, near Rochester, Kent. This is basically an annual event that occurs when Pete Hicks (of Slattery, Skinner's Rats, Crayfolk etc) and his voluptuous spouse Val look after the pub while the landlord is on holiday. It's a lovely little pub serving Shepherd Neame ales, and if this year's session is as good as the last one, then it's definitely worth getting to. |

If anyone had known "20 pound dog" I reckon we'd have done that too. I went home to feed my dogs after about 4 hours and when I got back it was still going on, and it ran right into the evening. |

After all, there are enough murder ballads, and nobody assumes that means we're all in favour of chopping up our loved ones. |
