Funny you should ask that, this Thursday(Nov 13) Eccleshall Folk Club is changing venues, and reopening in the Royal Oak. There will be a guest act, the amazing Boat Band, booked at very short notice. There's no charge on the door, because they want to get a good celebratory crowd in, but there will be a hat for donations.

What a great way to get publicity for the eccleshall club, Greg...shame that there really isn't much going on elsewhere. I am not sure whether anything goes on on a Tuesday at the "Spitling Brook", Stafford.

What night is the session in the Wilkes Head, Raggytash? I keep meaning to boat up the Leek Arm for a night on the town, and a session sounds promising.
