Subject: Searching FOR Lyric for 1960's American song
From: David
Date: 08 Sep 98 - 04:48 PM

Once many years ago, I heard a song on the local oldies station. It was of the 60s psychedelic-rock variety. I dont know the artist, album, or even name of the song. Any info on that stuff is what I am looking for. Hopefully, it will ring a bell with someone here. This (I think) is a part of the chorus:

"I just dropped in to see what condition my condition was in."

Anyone? Anyone?

:)

David,

This song was a hit for Kenny Rogers and the First Edition in 1968. For lyrics, click here. We tend towards folk songs and blues here.

David,

Sorry, I left you a little short of information. The song's title is Just Dropped In. If you use that title at the site in the click in the previous thread, you will get your lyrics. Promise!
