You don't have to chew it, you can take it in (relatively) odor-free pills. With all the whiskey you're ordered to consume, though, you might be able to chow down cheerfully on some raw cloves. I have a couple of friends here in Boulder whose bouts with flu have lasted two full weeks of serious, with a long, gradual, trailing-off tail end after that. Stay warm. Read this thread, it will cheer you up and make you smile. Of course if you don't read this and immediately forward it to everyone you know, the mortgage company will foreclose on your first-born child and locusts will consume your mail, your cats will turn into goats and your chimney will collapse into your sink. So you better get well asap. |
