My cousin and his wife are pregnant. (well, really just his wife, but you understand.) This is their first child. They are in their late 20s/early 30s. What would be something lighthearted, inexpensive, and appreciated that I could get/make them for Christmas? The baby will be born in April, or thereabouts. Thanks!

I thought about Blue Bottle Special. That's a good option. I will probably knit them something myself later on - too many projects right now.

I was thinking about something humorous, perhaps...... not having any kids, I don't know what people might appreciate.

That would be great..... except they live in another state! On second thought, maybe it would give me an excuse to get out of town one weekend or two! ;-)

A month's worth of a good diaper service. Get them started on the right track, i.e. not disposables. Also, I've seen some very clever handmade baby bottle covers with cloth animal faces, etc. Might be easy to make.

I had a session in a flotation tank at eight months..just to remember what it felt like to be able to move freely, and with more grace than an elephant seal, coupons avilable.
