The Wexford Traditional Singers Club again welcomes singers to Their 13th annual Singing weekend in Hotel Rosslare, Rosslare Harbour, Co. Wexford. The event takes place on the weekend of 6th, 7th and 8th Feb.
            This is one of the best singing weekends in the traditional calendar. For details contact me on 01375 380355 after 6.30pm.

Sounds neat! Wish I could be there to listen. Do you sing in Celtic or Gaelic or.......?

Ballads in English and Irish are sung at this weekend. Last year I was MC on the Friday night and I had a list of 72 singers and story tellers to pick from. A daunting task trying to fit everyone in but we started at approx 8.30pm and kept going 'til 5am. A great nights entertainment. All these people usually stay around for the weekend.
Can't wait.

Sorry I cant make it, but are there any more similar events in Ireland throughout the year.
