Subject: RE: Sing a round at The Bull in Barton Beds From: breezy Date: 06 Feb 04 - 06:20 AM Ross ITS ON Martin was very supportive by coming to Redders last night, he really has got a stuffy folks so dont stand too close Small turnout but a highly convivial evening Next week theyve got El Greko as the main attraction i.e. Thursday 12th Feb at the Cricketers, Redbourn common, meanwhile tonight he will be supporting Ron Truman-Border at the King Harry in St Albans. |
Subject: RE: Sing a round at The Bull in Barton Beds From: The Unicorn Man Date: 06 Feb 04 - 06:29 AM Nice one Breezy you may just have convinced me this time. Subject: RE: Sing a round at The Bull in Barton Beds From: The Unicorn Man Date: 06 Feb 04 - 03:20 PM Papa-v-ger-is. Ge-or-ge. A little birdie told me that George might help out a local club and play in my Spring Song Special for split of the profit? Just like his kind friend Breezy is. May 10th ? or July 5th, Just before St Albans Street Party night. Is this true? |
Subject: RE: Sing a round at The Bull in Barton Beds From: The Unicorn Man Date: 06 Feb 04 - 07:15 PM I've just got back from one of Breezy's madcap clubs. The car park is too small the bar noise is too loud, but the ale is lovely and the whole thing was made worthwhile by Breezy and Big P G singing George's song "Blow That Horn" never heard or seen anything like it before.Excellent.You must go and see it all again at The Cricketers in Redbourn on Thursday. The main guest Ron Truman-Border did a couple of good songs one called "Blood on my hands" the other "Hippies never die" I might copy some of those ideas myself. By the way I am 99.9 percent sure we have booked George Papavgeris for the 10th May. We will know by next Thursday. Yippeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee I am of to bed now night night. |
